Option 1 — In the app
Open Atlas of Life → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm, and your account will be deleted.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to support@atlasoflife.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes: your email address, sign-in credentials, game progress, streaks and statistics synced to your account, and any hint currency (gems) balance.
What is kept
Purchase records are retained by Google Play and our payment processor (RevenueCat) as required for accounting and legal compliance. Anonymized analytics data that is not linked to your account may be retained. Locally stored data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
Active subscriptions are managed through Google Play and are not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel them in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.
